Classic Cheesecake

Ingredients

- 700g cream cheese

- 3 eggs

- 1 cup of suga

r

- 2 table spoons of lemon

- zest of one whole lemon

- 3 spoons of flour

-1/3 cup of sour cream

Crust:

- 50 grams butter

- 12 crushed digestive biscuits

Instructions

- Heat the butter until it is melting then mix with the crushed biscuits to make the crust.

- Put the mixture in a the baking pan and bake it in the oven for 8 minutes in 180 degrees C°

- In the mixture start by mixing the cream cheese and the sugar till its will cooperated.

- Mix the eggs one by one then add the rest of the ingredients.

- Pour the mixture on top of the crust

- Bake the cheese cake in the the preheated oven at 180 C° for about 45-50 minutes then turn off the oven and leave cheese cake for about 30 minutes. When it is cool enough put the cheesecake in the fridge overnight or 4 hours before serving.

- top with desired flavor.
