  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips Usually 1breast make 4 to 5 strips depending on the size of the breasts.

  • Get 3 plates ready for crumbing.

  • The first bowl will be the flour add the spices generously and mix the flour

  • The 2nd plate will be the egg wash

  • break the egg and whisk with salt paper and spices and soy sauce and 1 table spoon of water

  • The third plate will be a mixture of bread crumbs and crushed Kelloggs corn flakes and spices.

  • Make sure that all three plates are well seasoned

  • Dip the chicken in the flour first make sure it is well coated.

  • Dip the chicken in the egg wash make sure it is well soaked.

  • During the process avoid touching the egg wash with your hands and use a spoon because once you touch the egg wash the flour and crumb will stick into your hands. (I only use my hands to coat the dry ingredients )

  • Finally transfer the chicken into the crumbs and make sure the chicken is well coated.

  • Transfer the chicken into a plate until you finish all the chicken strips.

  • At this point if you wish you can store some of the chicken strips in the freezer for later I can be stored for months in the freezer.

  • Now get a pan with deep oil ready to fry.

  • once the oil is hot adjust the heat to medium and fry the chicken strips and fry each side until golden brown and do not overcrowd the pan. I like to turn the chicken after the first 3 minutes and then turn over after 1 minute several times until it cook all the way though and not burn.
