Pink Pasta Recipe

Ingredients: Mushroom Panne pasta Tomato Onion Garlic Cream 150 ml Shredded Mozzarella cheese Spices: Paprika - black paper - chili powder - garlic powder - dried oregano

Instructions -Saute the mushroom with olive oil in a hot pan (do not overcrowd the mushrooms, saute in sections if necessary) -Add the onion and garlic, salt and all the spices -Add the tomato paste and tomato and cook well over heat -Add water to the sauce if needed -Turn off the heat and add the cream and half the portion of the cheese -Cook the pasta 2 minutes less then what is directed in the pastas instructions (add generous amount of salt to the pot without adding oil to boiled water, oil will prevent the sauce from sticking to the pasta) -Mix the pasta with the sauce and half of the mozzarella portion and put it in a baking pan -Add the rest of the cheese on top -Bake in the oven for 10- 12 minutes or until the cheese melts
